Matt, Nick, Noah and Amanda were very professional and polite. Matt and Amanda showed up the first day looked at what we had going on. Gave us our options to fix them and quotes. We had the waste pipes redone, and the hot water heater replaced. The job was suppose to be 2 days but it ended up being 3. We have an older home so when they encountered problems they talked thru solutions to those with us. I called 5-6 other plumbers who either didn't call back or show up. This group showed up and actually got the work done. Chelsea answered when I called and she was polite as well when goin thru what we needed to have done. Hinson Brothers is the best. I have never been so impressed with the customer service, patience and professionalism of a plumber before. Randall Hinson came to my house at 5:00 AM to stop a leak. Before 8:30, he had stopped the leak and installed a new water heater which was the source of the leak. Seriously, this company is the one you should call. I now refer to them as "my" plumber.

Have used Hinson Brothers for extensive work and they are always on time and professional. Quality workmanship and pricing great for all four visits. Had entire copper water lines replaced, a new well tank installed and relocated in crawl space, leaking outside spigots replaced and a cast iron tub installed. Randall and the entire crew have been wonderful each occasion. I will never go with another plumbing company for anything ever again. Such a reputable and dependable business is hard to find these days and you won't find a better price or workmanship.

We had an issue with our washing machine drain backing up into our home but could not figure out why or what was causing it. We had troubleshot everything we could think of on our own but quickly realized we needed a professional. I called Hinson Brothers on a Thursday evening and they were able to come out on Friday morning to give me an answer on what my issue was and what would fix it. They would have been able to repair my issue same day but rain was coming out way so they scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. They were prompt and timely with their arrival and very professional with getting our job done. We are incredibly thankful for them and their quickness!
